These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Set Planner, including any content, functionality, and services offered through Set Planner (collectively referred to as the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
1. Introduction
Set Planner ("Set Planner," "we," "us," or "our") provides a distribution app for personalized call sheets and crew information to film and TV productions. The Service allows users to create profiles and distribute information to other users involved in film and TV production processes, including producers, directors, crew members, actors, executives, and extras.
2. User Registration and Data Collection
Users will be required to register an account to access certain features of the Service. During the registration process, users will be asked to provide a minimum of their email address and phone number. Additional information may be collected optionally. Set Planner will handle user data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will only use the information collected for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, users agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep their account information up to date.
3. Account Security
Set Planner is committed to ensuring the security of user accounts and passwords. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content obtained from Set Planner without prior written consent. 5. Termination of Accounts
Set Planner reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts, temporarily or permanently, at our discretion, if users violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities as outlined in the terms and conditions. In the event of a violation, Set Planner may suspend the user account for review and investigation. Depending on the severity of the violation, Set Planner may decide to terminate the user account, resulting in the loss of access to the Service. Users agree that Set Planner shall not be liable to them or any third party for any termination or suspension of their account, including any loss of data, content, or access to the Service.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
Set Planner may include links to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users. However, Set Planner does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, products, or services offered by these third parties. Users acknowledge and agree that Set Planner is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party websites or services linked from or accessed through Set Planner. Any use of third-party websites or services is at the user's own risk. Set Planner may also integrate with certain third-party services or applications available on users' devices, such as maps or weather services. Users understand and agree that Set Planner bears no responsibility for the use or functionality of these third-party services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
Set Planner provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service. Users acknowledge and agree that the Service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of internet and electronic communications. Set Planner disclaims any responsibility for any such problems that may arise during the use of the Service. As Set Planner is currently in beta version, there are no guarantees or warranties provided. Set Planner shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Limitation of Liability
Set Planner, in its free version, is provided without any warranties or guarantees, and Set Planner shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Users acknowledge and agree that Set Planner, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall Set Planner be liable for any damages exceeding the amount paid by the user, if any, for access to the Service.

Set Planner reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. Users acknowledge and agree that Set Planner shall not be liable to them or any third party for any modifications, updates, or discontinuation of the Service. Set Planner will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any material changes to the Service. Notifications may be provided within the app or via email to users who have opted in for such notifications. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and any updates or modifications thereto. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Set Planner welcomes user feedback and suggestions for improving the Service. By submitting feedback or suggestions, users acknowledge and agree that Set Planner has no obligation to them regarding their submission.
